The Vibro Separator is driven by a dual shaft electric motor, with adjustable eccentric weights attached to both shafts. The eccentric weights amplify vibrations from the electric motor, whilst the angulation between eccentric weights controls the motion of vibration.
Lao Soung's Vibro Separators utilise simultaneous three dimensional vibrations,combining vertical, horizontal, and inclinationalmotions to maximise speed and efficiency.
Material flow pattern of individual units can be modified to suit each unique application.
a. Do not add counterweight arbitrarily, otherwise it will cause mechanical failure.
b. Lower eccentric weight must not be heavier than upper eccentric weight.
c. Must ensure motor rotation is counter clockwise (In the direction shown).
